• Categorize the items for the proper cleaning or non-salvageable inventory
• All items are inventoried with the state-of-the-art equipment and systems recognized by all major insurance companies
• Wrap up, pack and transport to our facility
• Process to our newly renovated cleaning plant
• We eliminate odors, soot, grime and more to ensure there is no cross contamination
• Store in your personal sealed vaults in our secured facility
• We carefully transport your restored personal property when you are ready to return home.

All water damages are unique our experts will assess the damage to determine the following and proceed accordingly.

• Is water extraction needed?
  • We have commercial grade water extraction equipment.
• Is drying equipment needed?
  • We have HEPA Air scrubbers, dehumidifiers, and air movers.
• If equipment is set, it will require daily monitoring by a team member.
• Is demolition needed?
  • We will set a containment in effort to prevent particles entering other rooms in the house. We will remove damage affected materials.
• Provide estimate for repair and move forward in the reconstruction phase.
• If this is an insurance claim we will communicate to your adjuster on your behalf throughout the process while providing photos and the necessary and required documentation.

If you recently suffered a loss to your home due to water, fire or flood, extra steps must be taken prior to the reconstruction beginning to your property. Our experts have over 25 years of experience with damages that occurred from all varieties of losses and will properly prepare your property prior to reconstruction.

• One of our experienced estimators will walk the job to determine a scope of work and complete an estimate.
  • An estimate will be provided and submitted for approval.
• With an approved estimate we will review our contract with you and once signed you will be assigned a Project Manager.
• The Project Manager will walk the job with your estimator and begin scheduling repairs.
• You will receive weekly updates with the progress from the week and what to expect in the week ahead.
• Once your job is complete, your Project Manager will walk the job with you to ensure your satisfaction in the work completed.
